Personal Focused Consultation Hour

Absolutely. We'll focus on a specific challenge or area of your life that you want to improve. You'll leave this consultation with new perspectives, clarity on your next steps, and an action plan you can get started with right away. Will it solve all your problems or solve your challenge completely? I can't guarantee that but what I can guarantee is if you implement what you learn from this session, meaningful progress will be made. However, you are the only one who can take action. If the issue is longer standing or especially complicated, you may want another consult down the road. Some clients like to have another call in 3-6 weeks to report back on changes and adjust the plan if more help is needed.

This is a great question! After signing up you'll receive a questionnaire so you can clearly communicate to me what it is that you're wanting help with. If you're not sure what needs to change, that's okay too. I'll provide guiding questions to help you think it through. This step is required before you receive a scheduling link to ensure that you are prepared for our focused hour and to ensure that I am, too.

Yes it will. After our session, you'll receive an email from me with detailed notes including your action steps, and a link to the recording. If you don't want the recording to be saved, just let me know and I'll delete it from the cloud after our session and after my notes are documented.

You are able to reschedule up to 24 hours in advance of the session. If you reschedule with less than 24 hours notice, your session may be forfeited with no refund. There are no cancellations but if you no longer want to use this consultation hour for yourself, you may gift it to someone else by letting me know in writing via email more than 48 hours in advance so I can provide them a pre-session questionnaire. (only one transfer will be allowed.) Additionally, if you complete your consultation and want to sign up for a coaching package, if you do so within a month I'll happily apply the cost of this consultation to the cost of the coaching package.

After your session you'll receive a detailed email containing an overview of our call and including your next action steps and any additional resources we may have discussed. You will also have access to the recording, unless you ask to have it deleted. Many clients like to have a follow up call as early as 3-6 weeks, or sometimes 3-6 months later to follow up on their situation, in case they want to make more adjustments in that area. Other consultation clients find such value in our time together that they want similar results in many areas of their life and sign up for my foundational coaching offer: Focused & Forward. (after going through one round of coaching, there are other packages to choose from.)

After you sign up you'll receive an pre-consultation intake questionnaire to ensure we are both prepared to make the most of our time together. After that's submitted you'll receive a scheduling link. Consultation hours are available Tuesday-Friday and most of the time there will be options within 2-7 business days. On rare occasion that I am unavailable for a week due to a business event, it may be a little longer. While one hour allows for good progress on a single issue or topic, you do have some options. If we get near the end of the hour and you want to continue, and if I agree and have the time, we can do so for another 30 minutes and you will be charged $125 for the additional time. You can always schedule a follow up consultation/coaching call a few weeks down the road. If you think you'll want three sessions, you can purchase a bundle for $650 and use them within 12 months from time of purchase. (these sessions are not transferable. all sessions must be used by you.) If you'd like a higher level of support or if you have more than one area or issue to focus on, I recommend my Focused & Forward coaching package.

That's totally fine, although I recommend a Strategy Session for this. I'm often approached by people saying, "I know something needs to change but I'm not sure what." These clients are always surprised at how much they walk away with, and sometimes they have very big wins from our first call!

I place a high priority on protecting and respecting private matters. With that said, I can't guarantee complete confidentiality. We communicate by email, sometimes text message or apps, through website forms- and while these are password protected it is possible they could be hacked. I can promise you that I will not disclose your identity as my client, unless you say it's okay or unless you do so first. If I use any positive feedback you provide to me as a testimonial or quote, I won't include your information with that. If I, while on a speaking engagement, on social media, or while teaching a class, ever discuss a topic that we have covered for the purpose of illustrating a point of growth or the benefits of coaching or similar- you can be assured that these are broad life issues that many people are working with and I would never include identifying information that could connect my conversation to you. You may wonder how I can guarantee that. Isn't it easy to forget? While I may ramble on about many things without paying too much attention, this is one area that I am always on high alert about. With my background as a licensed therapist who was ethically and legally mandated to maintain confidentiality, I automatically and actively work to protect your privacy.

Great question! When you click the "book now" button, you'll be taken to a check out page. All relevant information will be listed there and you can pay with a credit or debit card. Payment is made before time of service. If you ask to additional time during your service, additional payment is due the same day. There are no refunds, but if cancelled with at least 24 hours notice, you may reschedule or gift your purchase if it's a single consult hour or strategy session. For coaching packages, most clients pay in full at time of booking. If you'd like to discuss a payment plan, please reach out via email. If you waitlist for the group coaching membership, payment isn't required until you start, with payments automatically applied on the first day of every month of your membership.
